Packers coach Matt LaFleur finalizes his staff moves for 2026

Head Coach Matt LaFleur has solidified his staff for the upcoming campaign, bringing back a familiar face to lead the quarterback room. Luke Getsy, who served as the team's senior assistant last season, has been officially named quarterbacks coach. Getsy brings significant experience to the role, having previously held the same position in Green Bay from 2019 through 2021 before departing for offensive coordinator roles with the Chicago Bears and Las Vegas Raiders.

The organization also announced several other key additions to support both sides of the ball. Scott Fuchs joins the staff as a defensive analyst, while T.C. McCartney has been brought on as an offensive quality control coach. Will Smart will serve in a complementary role on defense as a defensive quality control coach.
